Helen Jean Shifflett Graham, widow of John Taylor Graham, Sr. passed away Tuesday December 7, 2021 at The Willows at Fritz Farm Lexington, KY. She was born May 29, 1934 in Lincoln Co. Ky. She is preceded in death by her husband John Taylor Graham, Sr. and only son John (Buddy) Taylor Graham Jr. and is survived by her daughter Leslie Graham West (Jimmy West) and granddaughter Katelen Taylor West.

Helen was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene. She attended Bourbon Co. High School from 1949-1952. Her family moved to Lexington in 1953 and she graduated from Lafayette High School in 1953. She married on December 19, 1953 to John Graham and they were married for 67 years having two children and one granddaughter. She graduated from Good Samaritan Dental Auxiliary School for Dental Assistants. Helen was a retired Dental Assistant for William C. Reynolds, DMD (deceased). She was preceded in death by her parents Lester Clark and Anna Mae Neal Shifflett in Lincoln County Kentucky. Helen has four brothers: Harold Dean Shifflett (Deceased) (Doris), James Christopher Shifflett (Patricia), Leonard Stewart Shifflett (Bonnes), and Carl Gene Shifflett (Carol).

Helen had 11 nieces and nephews and 15 great nieces and nephews and a special family friend Jane Wright.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday December 14, 2021 at Bluegrass Memorial Gardens Chapel Nicholasville, Ky at 11:00 AM by Rev. Jim Groves.
