Patricia E. Beasley Lemaire, 72, died Tuesday, July 5, 2022 in Louisville, KY. Born August 8, 1949 in Ft. Benning, GA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph L. and Julia R. White Beasley. Ms. Lemaire attended the University of Kentucky and was a member of Southland Christian Church. Patricia competed in and was named runner-up in the Miss Lexington Pageant. She was a talented vocalist and songwriter who traveled to Europe with the U.S. Army Band. She performed with many popular bands around Lexington, and wrote and recorded the radio jingle for the opening of Fayette Mall. She did volunteer work with the Arthritis Foundation. Survivors include her daughter, Nicole Lemaire (Josh Lurton) of California; a sister, Julieanne Pogue (Charles Edward); a brother, Frank L. Brown, Jr. (Mary Anne); and a nephew, Frank L. Brown, III. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Warren Brown Beasley. Graveside services and entombment will be held 11:30 am Sat. July 9, 2022 at Lexington Cemetery Mausoleum by Greg Chandler. Visitation will be 10-11 am Sat. at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, Harrodsburg Rd. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to New Beginnings Bluegrass, Inc. 1353 West Main St., Suite 100, Lexington, KY 40508.
