Garry L. Reynolds, 69, husband of 48 years to Paula M. Reynolds, died Nov.8, 2022 at Baptist Health Lexington. Born Aug. 19, 1953 in Lexington, KY, he was the son of the late Henry C. Reynolds and Alberta Mae Adams. Garry graduated from Lafayette High School and attended Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN where he played baseball. After retiring from IBM, Garry was a Northwestern Mutual Financial Representative where he was the recipient of many industry awards. He was a faithful 28 year member of Southern Heights Baptist Church where he also served as a deacon. Garry enjoyed being an avid outdoorsman and spending time at his family farm. Survivors include three sons, Brian L. (Michelle) Reynolds, Jarrod W. Reynolds, and Adam M. (Abby) Reynolds; one daughter, Lindsey K. (Haysten) Reynolds-Robinson; eight grandchildren, Mason, Hadley, Madison, Cole, Savannah, Olivia, Boone, and Mila; a brother, Larry W. Reynolds; one sister, Linda R. (Larry) Sharpe; two nephews, Tommy and Joey Sharpe; and one niece, Stella Sharpe. The family would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to Baptist Health Lexington including EMT, ER Staff and ICU North. A Celebration of Life will be held 12 noon Tues., Nov. 15 at Southern Heights Baptist Church, 3408 Clays Mill Rd., Lexington, KY 40503 by Pastor Bill Boldt. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Monday and 10 am – 12 pm Tuesday at Southern Heights Baptist Church.
