Gabrielle V. “Gabby” Lowell, 21, daughter of Judah S. and Cynthia H. Lowell, passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at the University of Kentucky Hospital. She was born July 16, 2001 in Virginia Beach, VA. Gabby was a 2019 graduate of Lafayette High School and attended Western Kentucky University, where she was a member of Alpha Delta Pi, she transferred to the University of Kentucky and graduated in 2022 and had been a substitute teacher for Christ the King School and the Fayette County School System, she was also a swim coach and had been a nanny. Along with her parents Gabby is survived by her fiancé, Pollux Grande; her sisters, Alyssar N. Lowell and Ariana M. Lowell; brother, Ean J. Lowell; maternal grandmother, Lucette Joudieh; paternal grandparents, James and Mary Lowell; aunt, Amanda Lowell; and uncles, Cyril and Cyrus Joudieh and Jim (Sue) Lowell. She was preceded in death by a brother, Alexander J. Lowell; and maternal grandfather, Raja Joudieh. Services will be 2:30 PM Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at Kerr Brothers-Harrodsburg Road with burial following in the Lexington Cemetery. Visitation will be 12:30-2:30 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
