It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jean Beverly Krohn of Battle Creek, Michigan, born in New Haven, Michigan, who passed away on September 11, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Phelps and Eleanor Phelps (Swailes); her husband Kenneth Krohn; and her siblings, Keith, Neil Phelps and Ardith Jorgensen.

She is survived by : her daughters, Lynn Murphy (Rick) of Flower Mound and Susan Campbell (Dan) of DeWitt, Michigan; and her grandchildren, Ashley Leidel (Toby), Andrew Campbell, Joel Murphy (Kristen) and Molly Whisenhunt (Preston). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, good friends and neighbors.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the Brass Band of Battle Creek, the Jean Krohn Elementary Enrichment Endowment Fund, or Centrica Care Navigators.
