Linda Carol Marcum (Daniel) - Class Of 1987

Linda Carole Marcum, 52, beloved wife of Ray Daniel, passed away Sunday, May 23, 2021, at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. She was born April 24, 1969, in Lexington, daughter of the late William A. and Helen Hall Marcum. She was a 1987 graduate of Lafayette Senior High School and received degrees from Midway College, Morehead State University and Georgetown College. She worked for the Human Resources department for UK, as a substitute teacher for the Woodford County School System, and for the Midway Corner Grocery. She was also a farmer and a member of the Woodford County Farmer’s Market, for whom she was serving her third term as treasurer.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Blanche Marcum, and Verna Hall. Linda will be lovingly remembered by her husband Ray Daniel, uncles, Paul (Janice) Hall, Viper, Jim (Frances) Hall, Viper, aunt, Carol Rogers, South Mills, North Carolina, cousins, Kim (Allen) Leake, Lexington, John (Debbie) Hall, Lexington, Kevin (Merriweather) Hall, Lexington, Austin Hall, Lexington, Lindsey Hall, Lexington, Chris Marcum and family, Lexington, Elizabeth (Michael) Bonin, South Mills, North Carolina, Diana (David) Robinson, Dayton, Ohio.
